These Enterprise Terms ("Terms") are between Risegrit Automobile Services Pvt. Ltd. ("RoadServe", "we", "us"), GSTIN 07AANCR0043C1ZR, and the company, firm, insurer, fleet, OEM helpdesk, workshop or other business that holds an enterprise account on the RoadServe platform ("Company", "you").

They cover the enterprise portal at app.roadserve.in/enterprise, the enterprise API, the public workshop directory at app.roadserve.in/workshops, the enterprise login inside the RoadServe apps, and the WhatsApp, SMS, call and email messages that RoadServe sends on your behalf while delivering these services (together, the "Enterprise Platform").

Account kinds

  • RSA account: you register roadside complaints for your own customers and RoadServe partners attend them.
  • Workshop account: you run a public workshop listing and receive customer enquiries and towing drop leads.
  • RSA + Workshop account: both of the above on one login and one wallet.

Sections marked RSA apply only if your account has RSA enabled. Sections marked Workshop apply only if your account has a workshop listing. Everything else applies to every enterprise account.

Acceptance

When a user opens the enterprise portal for the first time, and again whenever these Terms change, the portal shows the current Terms and asks the user to tick a box and accept. The portal does not work until this is done. The person accepting confirms they are authorised to bind the Company. We record the user name and email, Company, Terms version, date and time, IP address, browser and device for each acceptance and keep this record as proof. Using an API key, adding money to the wallet or paying the portal subscription is also acceptance of the current Terms.

This is an electronic contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. No physical signature is needed.

Order of precedence

If you have a separately signed agreement, rate card or work order with RoadServe, that document wins over these Terms for the point it covers. For everything else these Terms apply. The consumer Terms & Conditions at /terms-and-conditions do not govern your account, but they continue to apply to any end customer who uses the RoadServe app or helpline directly.

On first portal open, and after every update, these Terms are shown in the portal and must be accepted before it can be used. Each acceptance is recorded with user, company, version, time, IP and device.
