Risegrit Automobile Services Pvt. Ltd. ("RoadServe", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") owns and operates a digital platform under the brand name RoadServe, including the website at https://app.roadserve.in, the RoadServe customer mobile application ("App"), and the 24×7 helpline (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform and all services facilitated through it, including roadside assistance (RSA), RSA membership, garage booking, car loan enquiries, and related car-care services.

By accessing, registering on, downloading, or using the Platform, or by purchasing a membership or requesting assistance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

These Terms constitute an electronic contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. No physical or digital signature is required for validity.
