Delete your RoadServe account

Risegrit Automobile Services Pvt. Ltd. ("RoadServe") lets you request deletion of your customer account and personal data collected through the RoadServe mobile app and related services.

How to request account deletion

1. Email [email protected] from your registered email address.
2. Include your registered mobile number and a clear subject line: Account deletion request.
3. Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 7 working days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymise, where permitted by law:

• Account profile (name, phone, email)
• Saved vehicles and membership details linked to your account
• App preferences and notification settings

What may be retained

We may retain certain records for legal, tax, invoice, fraud-prevention, or dispute resolution purposes for the period required under applicable Indian law. Payment transaction references handled by payment partners may also be retained by those providers under their policies.
