Recommended- Customer app: Account → Delete Account → confirm. Deletion is processed immediately.
- Partner app: Profile → Account → Delete account → confirm. Deletion is processed immediately.
- Profile, phone, and email removed or anonymised
- Saved vehicles, KYC documents, and app preferences deleted
- Public partner profile unpublished; membership access ends

What may be retained
Invoice, payment reference, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance records may be kept for periods required under applicable Indian law. Payment partners may retain transaction data under their own policies.
